The Pinemont Apartments is a HUD subsidized apartment project for the elderly and disabled. Occupancy is open to persons sixty-two (62) years of age or older, or adults over the age of eighteen (18) with a doctor verified condition that requires the features of an architecturally altered unit. The rent is based on 30% of the resident's adjusted gross income.

The Pinemont Apartments was founded by the former St. Giles Presbyterian Church alongside the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our Board of Directors consists of dedicated members from local Presbyterian churches who are deeply committed to caring for our neighbors. To help our residents truly thrive, the Board sponsors a wonderful variety of life-enriching programs through their generous time and resources. You can look forward to festive holiday celebrations, a lovely annual family picnic, and warm social gatherings held every month for our community.
